Resolution Woodworking currently has one employee: me. My name is Darrin Mosley, and I’m a firefighter/EMT in Highland County, Ohio. Although firefighting is my calling, woodworking is a close second and brings me an immense amount of satisfaction everytime I walk into my shop.

I learned to weld in high school, l learned carpentry while building sets/props/furniture for the theater I worked in for 5 years, and in college at the University of Cincinnati I took advantage of the expansive metal and woodworking shop that I get to tinker with. Having all these opportunities laid out for me, I decided to jump right in. I currently work out of my basement using tools I’ve been given, restored myself, or saved a long time for. This is a side hustle for me, but I’m truly passionate about creating new pieces for myself and for others, and restoring old tools and furniture to shine again like new.
